We are labAI LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company in the United States.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers labai.online and labAI's own business services. Data for business clients using our private assistant pilots is handled under a separate written agreement with each client.
People who use Mastan are covered by Mastan's Privacy Policy.
3. What we collect
Website
labai.online is a static website. It uses no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no ads, no forms, and no third-party scripts. It loads no external fonts or resources.
Your light or dark theme choice is stored in your browser's local storage and is never sent to us.
Server logs
The web server keeps standard access logs containing your IP address, date and time, page requested, referring page, and browser user agent. Logs rotate daily and are deleted after 14 days.
When you email hello@mastan.ai, we receive what you send on a mail server we run. We keep it as long as needed to reply, handle business conversations, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
4. How we use it
We use server logs only for security and troubleshooting. We use email to reply and handle business conversations.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with hosting providers we use to run the site and email, when required by law, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business.
6. Where data is processed
Our website and email are hosted on a server operated by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. labAI LLC is based in the United States. We may access email from other countries where we work.
7. Your choices and rights
Anyone can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about them by emailing hello@mastan.ai.
8. Children
labai.online and labAI's own services are not directed to anyone under 18. Mastan's age rule is in its own Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
If anything changes, we will update this page and change the date above.
